Pokemon Moon Start Team

Here we have the three Pokemon for the start of my Alolan adventure.

We have:
Mea Hoolea the Popplio

Anaka the Alolan Vulpix
(sidenote: I know its hard to tell but she actually only has two tails right now)

Waikiki the Pichu

This wasn't intentional but all three are female.  Actually so far most of the Pokemon I'm considering for my team are female.  Kinda of odd but oh well.  

I'm naming the main members of my Pokemon team with Hawaiian names based on different features they have.  Mea Hoolea is for Singer, Waikiki is Surfer, and Anaka is part of ana ka hau, one way of saying snow.

This here is the first digital art piece I've done that I can legit call a painting.  I'm exploring the brushes in photoshop more, and finding a lot of ones that I really like.  I think for the next painting I do I'll try to vary the brushes I use, since I used the same brush for all the shading and highlighting.  And add a background.  That might also help.
