Ana is a Dragon-Pony born into a world where no one wanted anything to do with her. Lost from her parents at an early age she learned to survive alone as no one would take her in Pony or dragon. Ponies feared her, calling her a monster, running from her at the least and at worse tried to kill her. Dragons are no better, considering her an weak hybrid freak and would taunt, bully and torture her if she got near, and on many occasions tried to kill her just for fun.

Ana has survived on quick wits and fast thinking to just barely escape impossible situations. She is constantly aware of her surroundings, constantly on alert for anyone who might be after her. She has a citizenship with Equestria due to birth, but she never gets the chance to prove it to anyone. So she travels around Equestria trying to find somewhere she can live and belong without fear.

Ana's talent of analysis has saved her life on numerous occasions. It allows her to think through her options at lightening speeds coming up with the best course of action and acting on it at a moment's notice. This allows her to stay five steps ahead of any opponent that is trying to harm her.

Ana is not the best flier in the world, but she is incredibly maneuverable, she can take impossible turns fast and suddenly that any pegasus or dragon would take several critical seconds to consider. Aside from flight she can breath fire, though she prefers not to, as it's put her in grave danger too many times be comfortable with. However she breathes out a small bit of fire whenever she sneezes.

Ana is a cautious mare with a general fear of ponies and dragons. She wants to trust others, but she's afraid of them turning on her at any moment. No one has gotten close enough to her for to let her guard down, and her friends are all but nonexistent. The closest she's ever gotten was a woodland full of friendly wildlife, with whom she was very kind and gentle to, and got lots of friendly floofy hugs in return.

She has a great craving for ice cream, it tastes delicious and keeps her from breathing fire for a short time. She is incredibly intelligent but her well of knowledge is limited as she hasn't been able to read many books. She loves reading books, like a lot. She is deathly afraid of making any mistakes that would make ponies turn on her and hate her, she gets incredibly nervous interacting with ponies. Ana only introduces herself as Ana to anyone she meets, she doesn't bother telling them her full name because they end up chasing her away shortly after anyway.

Ana's backstory is based a lot on what the backstory was going to be for my Travels by Wind and Cloud cast. They would have all been outcasts working together as a family to find a home. Ana here has that backstory, minus the other five ponies that Travels had.
